The residence consists of studio apartments equipped with a double bed or 2 single beds or larger studio apartments consisting of a double bed + 1 single bed, a kitchen cabinet equipped with 2 burners, a sink, built-in fridge and crockery. The studio apartment is equipped with a small terrace, air conditioning, telephone, TV, safe, bathroom with shower and hairdryer.
Daily cleaning is the responsibility of the customer.
MANDATORY COSTS (Forfait)
consumption of water, electricity and gas; weekly change of sheets.
*Bathroom linen can be rented at an extra cost.*
Arrivals are weekly, on Saturdays and the costs include bed linen.
Parking
Outdoor, private, unattended and non-reservable parking, with a limited number of parking spaces.
Deposit on arrival
€ 150,00 per apartment, refundable at check-out
Mandatory costs
Price for services (linen and final cleaning) 60.00 EUR per week.
Optional charges
An extra bed costs € 140.00 per week while the rental of towels costs 5.00 euro per person per change.
In the residence there is no daily cleaning.
Check-in is from 17.00 on the day of arrival and check out is by 10.00 the day of departure.
Bookings and cancellations
Booking
30% at booking time while balance and security deposit on arrival.
Cancellation policies
For late arrival, early departure or cancellation of the reservation we charge the expected full staying.
Reservations are confirmed by sending a deposit equal to 30% of the Total cost.
In case of partial or complete cancellation of the reservation, we reserve the right to withhold the deposit paid to us as required by the civil code art. 1385 and 1386
